Had the 6400 before breakdown, now with 6500, wow, what a difference, brilliant

Very adequate as second printer. Replaced old basic HP printer which still worked well, just wasn’t compatible with new computers on Windows 11. Disgraceful having to replace very adequate printer because of Windows/new computers.

I bought this printer a few weeks ago. At first, it worked fine. But, for the past week it has failed to print anything from my computer. The Error message keeps appearing. I have deleted about 20 print jobs. The online support is hopeless. I've tried turning computer/printer/router off and on again, with no luck. I'll lose patience soon and have to admit defeat and ask for a refund.

I find HP extremely difficult for troubleshooting. This is my 3rd printer and have stuck with HP , rather the devil you know theory. I’ve called 2 helplines, but was cut off. Sunday/ Bank Holiday??? Giving up now, too much hassle. USA firms use technical terms, meaning nothing to a domestic user. Communication should be efficient and simple.

I bought an HP Envy 6120e three weeks ago and so far I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to set up and was immediately effective in producing the printed documents I require. I have only two slight quibbles. One is that it is not possible to see how much paper remains in the feeder tray so it sometimes runs out mid-print. The second is that the ink cartridges were not compatible with my old printer so theey were wasted.
