Very expensive to break so quickly and no easy customer service to repair

This pen is amazing. Very easy to grip and is very responsive. Still exploring all the features that are at the click of the button on top, but so far I am very impressed.

Dell use to be mine favourite because of price but their service is pathetic.

The pen is really nice works great on my Inspiron 7386, however, there are no replacement Nibs and Dell can't tell me where I can find any???? This is with 3 Yr Pro Business Warranty on my notebook so I'm getting their top of the line tech support!!. Perhaps this is just new and they hadn't thought out that these nibs will not last long and you only get 2 with the pen. I'll update my 3 stars or downgrade them if the nibs become available or not
