Deze Pro-Ject E1 Wit is een manuele platenspeler voor 33 en 45 rpm met riemaandrijving, een 8,6 inch arm en meegeleverde accessoires zoals stofkap en single-adapter. Het model is bedoeld voor gebruik met een externe versterker of phono-ingang, omdat er geen ingebouwde voorversterker zit. De vaste basisopstelling maakt hem eenvoudig voor dagelijks gebruik, maar beperkt de uitbreidbaarheid voor gebruikers die later meer functies willen.

Bought the project E1. I asked if these need adjusting and they sent me a link to do this. However when I couldn't fathom this from the instructions I called the company's instructions ( Harman audio?) and they told me these come already balanced and no adjustments needed, so I had to redo what I tried in vain beforehand. Would have been nice to have been told by RS that these are ready to play.

Beautiful piece of kit. Looks great. Works beautifully. Enjoying the rich sounds of vinyl again. Connection cables very high quality but would have been better if they were longer. But not a criticism, its just gorgeous. Staff at Richer Sounds were amazing, gave thoughtful, well informed advice and just all round good people to deal with. Why go anywhere else?

Simple & straight forward to set up, literally "Plug & Play". Great tone, warm and hearing tones that I can't remember hearing before.

This is a good player with a full sound but it is a pain having to lift the arm to the record. The stylus skips across the label if i'm too slow to stop it. The player itself is very light and slides around the surface when i lift the lid to put a record on. I think i would have preferred the automatic one. Nice to hear my old singles and lp's again.
