I am an amateur athlete and have had my body fat measured professionally by a number of professionals using a variety of techniques and they all agree that I'm around 15%. The S2 recorded 26%! Looking at various Garmin Forums, it appears that the S2 is notorious for extremely inaccurate readings. So, in a nutshell, if you want a scale that ,measures weight accurately then fine. If you want one that provides accurate body composition data, buy something else.
