The monitor arms were easy-ish to install. The directions were pretty terrible. There were a bunch of options for screws, but no explanation as to why you might choose one set over the other. Figured it out based on what fit. The arms are very adjustable-one of the features I most wanted.Love that so much of my desk has freed up-it's made the space much more usable. My monitors now also clear my laptop fully which was what I wanted as I use that as a third monitor on the desk. The plastic covers for cord management are a little difficult to snap into place; I ended up accidentally snapping off one end of my DisplayPort cable when first installing as I didn't realize they were pulling my cables so tight when putting in place. Would definitely recommend securing the cables before plugging into your monitor
