Microsoft 365 Business - Jaarabonnement Download

Cannot activate it - followed instructions and fails with an errror message. Nowhere to get support. Filled in an online form and heard nothing. Incredibly frustrating - can’t access the software I paid for, can’t get help and can’t get a refund!

I was unable to use the product. I attempted to speak with microsoft and JB Hifi to be able to get a refund but did not get any reply.

A great product, but it seems to have changed in ways. 365 was painful to load / setup and didn't remove the older ( one year ) version of the software. I can't close the software, because if I do, I have to log into it again.

Good Points: None Improvement Points: Either ensuring a download actually works or promptly apologizing and refunding the purchase price when it doesn't.

It offers a wide range of tools to be used to stream line anyone’s office. But, I like Sharepoint for its user friendly interface and scalability.
