This is a great little vlogging camera which is what I bought it for. It has the features I need for solo shooting BTS images and footage, especially the tally light. That is super helpful.

I bought this to use with a Z30 attached to a Peak designs capture clip on my backpack strap while ski touring and mountain biking. If purchasing a Z30 (or similar) the cost is so low to bundle in this lens, it's an incredible bargain. I also use a Sigma 56mm f/1.4 lens with the Z30, but this little lens is so good, and so unobtrusive, that I am only using the Sigma when I go out in low light. The image quality is remarkable, especially considering cost and size. The stabilization enables me to shoot stationary subjects hand held at 1/30. This is the perfect travel lens when paired with a smaller Z body. I am very, very impressed.

I connected the USB-C port on this camera to the USB seaport on my Mac. The max provided resolution was 960 x 540. After calling Nikon they told me I needed a separate capture card to get the advertised 4K streaming. Nikon Canada advertised this camera as effortlessly streaming 4K. I don't understand why this camera has USB-C if I need to buy an HDMI to USB-C capture card. Don't buy this if you plan to stream. It doesn't even give HD 1080P out of the box. I'm returning this for not having the advertised features.
