Fujifilm XF 150-600mm F5.6-8 R LM OIS WR

Wat een fijn objectief om vogels en andere objecten op grote afstand mee vast te leggen. Ondanks zijn gewicht een fijn objectief om mee te werken. De lichtsterkte eigenschappen zijn redelijk goed te noemen en voor mijn keuze van fotografie geen probleem. Het scherpstellen gebeurt snel en stil, het is erg handig dat je een aantal beperkingen aan de scherpstelafstand kunt inregelen, zodat het objectief niet al te veel hoeft te zoeken. Al met al ben ik tevreden over het objectief en kan het aan iedereen (met Fujifilm X-mount) aanraden. Het objectief werkt ook goed met de 1.4 teleconverter. In het bos, maar ook elders is een lens coat o.i.d. aan te raden vanwege de witte kleur van het objectief maar dat doet zeker geen afbreuk aan het fotografieplezier en scheelt ook nog eens bij stoten etc. Verder voelt het objectief stevig aan en het bedieningsgemak is prima te noemen.

I have bought online from Castle Cameras before so went back to them to buy the 150-600mm Fujinon lens, which arrived in perfect condition, well packed, in a timely manner, and was as described. It's a great lens and a real benefit if you enjoy wildlife and bird photography. I have also got some nice macros shots with it - I can stay well back from the insect and zoom in without bothering it at all. Great all round lens - not too bad for scenery, either.

Good Points: The internal zoom and having an arca Swiss tripod attachment built into the foot plate.

Good Points: Has great reach giving up to the equivalent of a 900mm lens which is great for wildlife and long range close ups when needed. Not too heavy that you can not support it with your own hands if a tripod is not available to use. Improvement Points: Nothing so far…
