Canon EF 24-70mm F/2.8 L USM II objectief

Heb dit objectief nu reeds een paar maanden in gebruik en is zoveel beter dan mijn standaard objectief met F waarde 4 . De 2.8 is zoveel helderder en heeft een betere dieptewerking kortom een hele verbetering. Enkel jammer dat er geen beeldstabilisatie opzit. Voor deze prijs zou dat echt mogen. Voor de beste foto's moet je dus eigenlijk een statief gebruiken. Maar dan trek je ook foto's met een professionele kwaliteit!!!

Bought to replace a failed 24-105mm, the 24-70mm is a far superior lens with superb performance at all apertures and light conditions. There are no apparent ‘soft’ areas and colour rendition seems perfect. The only drawbacks are the weight (but it feels very robust) and the need to change to a longer lens more often, but the quality is such that I will often opt simply to crop the image instead.

This has now become our go to lens for everyday shooting, its a bit on the heavy side but the quality is superb for everything from portraits to wide environmental shots, it also performs extremely well as a video lens.

I purchased this when I established that my equivalent mark I lens could not be serviced. Whilst the new lens has all the attributes I expect form a Canon lens, increasing the filter diameter has rendered all of my filters and my ring-flash useless. I am not happy!
