As described, genuine Startech product. High speed throughput, I have not experienced issues so far up to 76 Mbps speed. Quality product construction and packaged as described.

It works exactly as I expected in my gigabyte server as a backup to the mobo ports.

Software supplied did not do spanning. Had to download from realtek. That software promptly crashedwhen attempting to span and now only one port shows up which is non-functional. Not a happy customer.
