Absolutely stunning blue. Phenomenal formula--extremely easy to apply, not too thin or too thick, just perfect. Opaque in 2 coats or 3 thin ones, depending on your application style. The color is a shade lighter than royal--it's what I picture the water to look like in a tropical paradise. I believe it is not a core color so if you see it anywhere, I recommend picking it up.

OPI My Pal Joey is from the 2015 Hello Kitty collection. It is a beautiful medium blue creme with a great formula. It is opaque in two coats and lasts for well over a week on the fingers and even longer on the toes. The formula is very creamy and easy to work with, it does not streak or become patchy. This colour would be flattering on a wide variety of skin tones. The polish dried quickly, which is always a bonus, and had a very shiny finish. This colour is limited edition, so if you like blue you should grab it while you can!
