Had to return. Looked as it had already been used screen had #'s on it. No directions. Printed out from internet but couldn't even find the model # I'd purchased.

Buttons too small and difficult to use; no written instructions; recording not clear. Returned to store.

Not value for money. The idea is good. Material used in manufacturing are very cheap quality. Looks old even though product is new. Audio quality sub-standard. Even if I’d spent half the retail price I would’ve considered it a poor investment. First time I’ve purchased something from Staples and been disappointed.

I am Chapter Service Officer for DAV (Disabled American Veterans.) There is a lot of information disseminated over a five hour period for our training and certification. This recorder help me a lot.

Picks up sound very well. Size is very compact. Highly recommend. Would have been a 5, but the price is very high.
