Att customer service has jumped off a hill. Not only did they cancel my upgrades and never sent me the phones. They charged me 4 extra upgrade fees and have my phones locked showing I owe two news installment plans. After hours of customer service calls their only answer was give it 14 days. its been 4 weeks now still now resolution. I just want my phones unlocked now so I can go somewhere else.

Coming from an iPhone 16 Pro the first main takeaway is the weight and thinness of the Air. It's immaculate how premium it feels especially with the finish. The internals are even faster than my 16 Pro and feels more durable to the point where I only use a screen protector. People say the camera and battery are worse but I don't take that many pictures as it is and the quality of the ones I have taken are just great!

What I really like about this new phone is that it was so similar to my old phone and it was very easy to adjust to it it had all the same features there weren't major changes it seemed in the past that every time you got a new phone it took so much time to get used to it that's what I like best about this new phone
