I use a Normatec 3 at my physical therapist so bought one of my own. Received a brand new Normatec 3. Plugged the charger in as per instructions. After 5 hours device was completely dead and did not charge at all. After a further 7 hours device still completely dead. Pressed the power-on button while plugged into electrical outlet and device does not power on. Checked electrical outlet and it works fine. Deeply disappointed in the quality of this super expensive device. Will return. I do not trust long-term quality
