The Bosch CEG732XB1B offers a sleek, intuitive design with its Digital Control Ring and TFT touch display. It features 10 automatic programs and a powerful 1.9 kW grill function, making it ideal for those seeking ease and versatility in cooking. However, it requires professional installation due to its hardwired setup, and some users may miss physical buttons. The hydrolytic cleaning system simplifies maintenance, but the price is higher than some competitors. Overall, it's a great choice for those valuing convenience and advanced features.

In the 10 months of owning this product, I have had to utilise the warranty twice. The power button got stuck on, no way to power off. Spent high end money for substandard product. Buy old style with buttons and knobs, not digital.

I currently own the model this replaced (CFA634GS1B/03) and sadly it is the worst microwave i have ever owned. It is error happy and goes through lots of periods where it just doesn't work. The Magnetron was replaced under warranty as it was within the 2 years, but a little over a year later it looks like it has gone again which I now need to pay for as that repair is out of warranty. I've followed the suspect guidance given by the engineer not to use the 900w setting so have ONLY used the 600W setting. My cheap Chinese brand from the supermarket got hammered for years and is still going strong as I gave it to my mum. The risk is you either keep throwing good money every 18 months to keep it working or end up with a very expensive but pretty metal box that tells the time in your designer kitchen. My advice - build a larder with a cheap freestanding microwave that you can replace easily!

The controls on our previous Bosch Microwave were clear and simple to use. This microwave suffers from having a Digital Touch Ring. This leads to much frustration when setting the required power and timings. In addition the grill is is split into two areas small & large grill. The trouble is the small grill can only be set to low thus it will not make a single piece of toast. To make toast you have to uses the large area grill so to make a single pice is to me a waste of energy and I stick with our toaster. Another issue is that when the microwave door is opened the light does not come on automatially (why not) and on completion of cooking the display always ask do you need "Extra cooking time. Pressing end although displayed does nothing and the microwave has to be turned off to remove it. Irritating.
