This is as close to lipstick as I get. My lips are naturally quite pink so I've never felt the need to use lipstick AND I hate the feeling of it so I've never really worn it. Like my skin crawls when I wear lipstick yuck. This lip balm is a great semi-lipstick. It gives a nice wash of color, moisturizes my lips and lasts a long time. Without gumming up or bleeding all over or all the other terrible things lipstick does on me. I've tried most shades, hibiscus is the one that looks best on me overall. Inexpensive, available in my main shopping place (Target) and does a great job. I've repurchased many times and will continue to.

Lip shimmer is just enough color and shine. It goes on smooth and soft. I love it and have one of all the colors!

These tinted balms aren't anything fancy which isn't a bad thing because it gets the job done and looks cute, while being both affordable and readily available. I currently wear and use the shade, Daisy. Which is a 'my lips but better' shade for me and good for everyday wear. Satin finish with a slight sheen, feels comfy and lightweight but moisturizing. The cap doesn't pop off in my pocket or bag, so it's great to travel with. Also doesn't smell like anything.
