The minifigures are nice and smashing stuff is fun for the kids but the color scheme and the size just aren't there. I feel that they could have done a lot more with it.

a little pricey, but you get some sweet minifigs. modok and taskmaster are what pulled me in. old school thor is also cool, we have like 4 of the avenger thors. I got this for my 5 year old and he absolutely loves it. plays with it all the time and smashes it. after a little frustration he got better at putting all the pieces back on. no biggie.

I don't know why some Lego sets the structures will stay together better than others. I have been buying Lego sets for 10 years now. Made some real investments! on some sets!! Have 2 grandsons, now ages 4 and 9. I am soooooooooooo disappointed when their set can't be touched or it will fall apart!! This one was not as bad as others, and I understand it IS HULK and it IS LAB SMASH!!! but he can't touch some of it or it falls apart. But I will continue to buy Legos as I believe they are sooooooooooooo much better for their minds than a techie instrument!
