Easy to set up, easy to use. I bought refills for it along with the printer because I figured the ones that came with it were just to get it started but it's been months and haven't needed them yet. Can't buy a better prosumer printer. Very high quality.

We were looking for a replacement for our old HP printer we loved, the new one has had problems since we received it from lines, spots, calibration, and feed issues. When it worked, it worked great, but it's not worth replacing every piece which adds up to over the cost of the machine to find out what might be wrong and it's only been 5 months.

Pretty insane that you could pay close to 1,000 and the wifi doesn't even work. What a waste of money.

For years I had a postscript 1200 DPI color laser, but it hardly works with any of the new windows products, and it was fading, so it was time to get a new printer. After reading many reviews it seemed the HP was the one to go with, fast, reliable, but everything I read said that that printing photos had banding issues. I took a chance and bought it. It's obviously not an ink jet printer, but at 12:00 DPI it does a really nice job on photos, laser quick, no banding, works like a charm, easy to setup, and uses a lot less energy than my last one. Ink refills seem a bit expensive, but I probably won't need them for at least a year, and I do expect prices to drop after a while. This is a good printer.
