The product one day stopped working and support was not helpful at identifying the problem and they gave me the run around for a very long time until I gave up.

I do like the larger canister and the different options to save battery life or for more power. I don’t like how heavy it is. It definitely gives your an arm workout when you’re done with it especially on rugs. I probably wouldn’t recommend this to an elderly person.

I love the actual vacuum. Very powerful and also lightweight. I saw reviews on less expensive brands that were also great so you might want to shop around….but as far as performance this vacuum is great.
