The product is delivered by a third party (Hunter Express) which has extremely poor service. One dumbbell was delivered to the wrong address, while the bench was left outside without authorisation and subsequently stolen. Of what was actually received (one month later), the dumbbells are decent quality however bulkier than other brands and the turning mechanism is prone to getting stuck. As they do not offer collection in store - would not recommend purchasing from Myer unless you're willing to lose your money.
