Do not buy this printer, Pure garbage, lasted a year

This printer suddenly stopped working with "Invalid Engine Code". Lexmark Customer support sent some pigeon english software / hardware upgrade information that was impossible to decipher. We are chucking the whole unit in the bin. Not very environmentally friendly!

Nice printer. The jam and out of paper "beep" will make your ears bleed though.

it uses a lot of towner. Ok for small office or home use. No for a office that prints a lot of forms.

I bought this printer approx. 3 years ago. The last 6 months it started to produce pink in-line spots in every print I made. Unfortunately, I was out of warranty, so I had to pay for the test and repair costs. When I was told that the cost of repair was twice as much to buy a new printer I freaked out. I read in some reviews that other users had the same problem. I am very disappointed with Lexmark.
