HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile Printer (CZ992A)

This printer has only been problems since purchase, this is the only device in my house I cannot connect to the internet, it doesn't recognize and wifi signals. Also manually refilled the ink, and despite the cartridge being full, it will not use the ink as a way to force the purchase of more of their cartridges. Terrible for the environment and your wallet.

I bought this printer in Feb. 2024 and use it once or twice a month at best. October, 2024, completely not usable. The "shutting down" mode on the computer is continuous and there is absolutely NO indication of a serial number. I am sure this was bought and refurbished and resold to me. I am extremely disappointed with Amazon. It looks and feels very cheap for $486.00, I would have thought it would work better. Also, you have to have the printer RIGHT BESIDE your computer or laptop, or it WILL NOT PRINT.

The quality of the printing is good. It is pretty quick and scanning is clear. Ink a little pricy. Compact to use in our trailer when camping. Be careful when opening the top lightly touch the pop us screen and lightly put it down when done. Don't be rough with this product. It is a lot of money for a printer though.

I don't typically write reviews but was compelled to with this product. It was very easy to set up and prints great. It's the perfect size. 10/10 would buy again.

Don’t bother buying, you can’t get a replacement battery. The battery stopped working after 2 printed pieces of paper. Message is battery defective, needs replacement. HP has no new ones, rebuilt only. Amazon offered a $15 credit to help pay for the new battery, HP completely unhelpful. Returning the junk in its entirety
