The inside of the box did not look nice enough to be presented to someone else. There was no watch pillow inside the box, which made the watch unpleasant. In addition, the box was torn.

The original box and instructions are missing, I hope that it is original.

I love everything about it except the strap. It keeps coming off. It doesn't stay in one place because of the metal strap

This product arrived with nicks on the watch face, dents on the box and without the instruction packet as described. Would have been a beautiful gift if it was new and complete as advertised...
