Great sounding treble and bass would highly recommend

Good overall but noise cancelling mode doesn't work

I love them, had a black pair but lost one of the buds and rather than looking to purchase a different type of earbud I went back to what I know and like. Only qualm would be there doesn't appear to be a alarm style find your earbud option. Top notch work Sony

I bought these direct from Sony as a gift as i already have a pair. On arrival they failed to work as they won't go into bluetooth mode. Sometimes things don't work. Fine. But the customer service to get them returned is awful. Constant back and forth on email and even speaking direct to someone has not resolved it. I just need an address to return them for a replacement. But Sony refuse to accept their responsibility to do this and are making this my issue. If i could give zero stars for customer service and blatant ignorance of the law, i would.
