De Shure SE425 CL biedt een zeer gedetailleerd en neutraal geluid, vooral geschikt voor kritische luisteraars en muzikanten. De dubbele drivers zorgen voor een gebalanceerde weergave, maar de bas is minder krachtig dan bij sommige concurrenten en de hoge tonen missen wat lucht. De geluidsisolatie is uitstekend, waardoor ze ideaal zijn voor gebruik op het podium of in lawaaierige omgevingen. De pasvorm is comfortabel en de bouwkwaliteit is stevig, met een afneembare kabel voor extra duurzaamheid. Wel is het geluidsbeeld vrij smal en ontbreken kabelbedieningen, wat ze minder geschikt maakt voor dagelijks gebruik. Over het algemeen zijn dit betrouwbare in-ears voor wie nauwkeurigheid en isolatie belangrijk vindt.

These are my everyday in ears for things like when I go for walks, the footy, or travelling. They don’t fall out of my ears and produce a great sound. I have a second pair for DJ work. Regular headphones don’t work well for me as I’m hard of hearing and the in ears mean I can DJ quite comfortably without having to have the headphones turned right up just to be able to hear what I’m doing.

I do not like these at all. They are uncomfortable, the cable that goes behind the ears is stiff & really does not bend around at the back. The sound is okay but not great, I was led to believe that these buds would be good for DAW monitoring, they are not. Sorry Andertons, not your fault &I have no grudges with you guys

While the pro-monitor look and awkward fit won't appeal to some, the superior sound quality and long lasting build quality shouldn't fail to impress.
