Als de oortjes naar behoren werken, zijn het fijne oortjes, makkelijk in gebruik en intuïtieve bediening. Helaas had het eerste paar last van ruis/kraken bij laag volume of als er geen geluid af werd gespeeld. Dit is onder garantie geruild voor een nieuw paar wat daar geen last van heeft. Nu werkt het linkeroortje niet meer, het blijft opladen in de doos en het lampje brand niet. Oortjes zijn niet veel gebruikt en zelden buitenshuis gebruikt. Ze worden weer terug gestuurd voor een reparatie onder garantie.

Kennelijk laden oordoppen niet meer op als ze te lang niet zijn opgeladen. Buiten garantie kan je ze weggooien. Schande voor de prijs van deze oordoppen. Nooit meer Sennheiser.

The item was purchased november 2023, early september 2024 the KNOW NOT CHARGING has happened, luckily still under the 1 year so all good. Just 14 days to repair for an item that eventually WILL FAIL AGAIN. Please dont waste your time and money, will happen to u too. Have a read to other reviews on the item, a known issue. Few videos on UTUBE on the issue too VERY DISSAPOINTED with Sennheiser

While the sound quality and battery life were initially impressive, my earbuds only lasted about 3 months before developing a whining and popping noise in both earbuds. Shortly after, the left earbud failed completely, followed by the charging case refusing to charge, and then the right earbud died. To make matters worse, Sennheiser support took over 4 months to process a replacement, with customer support updating me every 2 weeks to say "It still hasn't arrived" The product's performance didn’t live up to its reputation, and the support experience was equally disappointing.
