De Sennheiser HD 490 PRO zijn professionele studiokoptelefoons die indruk maken met hun neutrale, nauwkeurige geluidsweergave, ideaal voor mixing en mastering. Het open-back ontwerp biedt een brede soundstage met gedetailleerde stereolocalisatie. Met slechts 260 gram zijn ze uitzonderlijk licht en comfortabel voor langdurig gebruik. De twee verwisselbare oorkussens (velours en stof) stellen je in staat de geluidskwaliteit aan te passen aan je voorkeur. Echter, het open-back design betekent dat ze praktisch geen geluidsisolatie bieden en veel geluid lekken naar je omgeving, waardoor ze niet geschikt zijn voor openbare plaatsen. Ze zijn alleen bedraad en hebben geen microfoon, dus je hebt aanvullende apparatuur nodig voor communicatie. Perfect voor studio- en huismuziekprofessionals, maar niet voor mobiel gebruik.

These cans deliver detail and dynamic sound. They are extremely comfortable and lightweight. Will be using for mixdown and mastering. Also worth noting is the available vst suite that is available for free from Sennheiser which, among other things, has a model specific setting giving more control over the mix. Recommended

I am well pleased with the 490 pro plus as you have a very good storeage case i bougth this set after the good reviews on you tube i wasn't disapointed they light weight and very comfortable and good vaule

Excellent headphones. Amazing sound once broken in, with a good emphasis on bass which is unexpected for the brand. They look amazing!

These are good. Upgraded from the 380 Pro and they are a lot better. Good all round sound and balance and comfortable to wear

Wow, what an excellent set of reference headphones! So much detail compared to my old dt770’s. and so comfortable! Long sessions are no problem.
