De Epos | Sennheiser ADAPT 360 Zwart is ideaal voor zakelijk gebruik dankzij de uitstekende microfoon en lange batterijduur. De headset zit comfortabel, zelfs bij lange vergaderingen, en schakelt soepel tussen meerdere apparaten. De actieve ruisonderdrukking werkt goed op kantoor, maar is minder krachtig dan bij duurdere modellen. Voor muziek is het geluid prima, maar niet bijzonder voor kritische luisteraars. De vele knoppen kunnen in het begin wat verwarrend zijn en de hoofdband is minder zacht dan bij sommige concurrenten. Over het algemeen is dit een sterke keuze voor wie veel belt en vergadert, maar minder geschikt voor wie topgeluid of maximale ANC zoekt.
