I am a physician and I have been using voice recognition in my practice since the very early days in the 1990s. This Phillips microphone has been transformative. Accuracy is markedly increased, and the device has buttons that make navigating and correcting much easier. The only issue I have had is a driver conflict with an Epson printer, which was fairly easily resolved. I recommend this device without hesitation.

love this mic, i use it with dragon and its great to not have a cord catching on my chair, etc. downsides: sometimes disconnects from wifi and its a little tricky getting everything back online. philips support is essentially nonexistent, so if you're not decently tech savvy you may be disappointed/frustrated at times. overall i'm glad i have this and love it as long as its working properly!!

Absolute junk! Tried to use this with Dragon voice to speech software was messing up every other sentence. I'm actually writing this with a $30 Logitech headset microphone which which messes up less than 3% of the time versus the nearly 10% mess up I was getting with the Phillips microphone even after training the microphone twice the Phillips still wouldn't work correctly, was muddling my words. Sending this Phillips mic back way overpriced and poor quality
