I chose this model over the cheaper model as some reviewers said that set was a bit flimsy. So far so good with this set, no real gripes and it all works well. Fairly comfortable to wear and a boon when you're on the 'phone to someone for ages and need to move around (or use the bathroom!). Yes folks these headphones allow you to do all that and more, just clip the attached phone to your belt or whatever and you're free to roam. Quality is acceptable with adjustable volume on the headset (as well as on the phone set) means you should have enough volume, although if you have hearing problems I'm not sure if the volume would set high enough for your comfort so you might want to trial them first. Quality I felt was pretty good and they appear to be reasonably sturdy in construction, I can't imagine they would break easily - if they do I will update this post.

My father has a major hearing problem being unable to hear anything above 3500 Hz - I found that headphones enabled him to hear the television so I invested in a headset for his telephone and this works for him as well - he can now hear what is being said to him over the phone.
