De JBL Tune Flex Ghost Zwart biedt een comfortabel en licht ontwerp, waardoor ze prettig zijn voor langdurig gebruik. De geluidskwaliteit is goed, met een stevige bas en heldere middentonen, en de batterij gaat tot 32 uur mee met de oplaadcase. Dankzij de water- en zweetbestendigheid zijn ze geschikt voor sport en buitenactiviteiten. De bijbehorende app geeft veel mogelijkheden om het geluid en de bediening aan te passen. Wel is de noise cancelling beperkt en blokkeert deze weinig omgevingsgeluid, en het volume kan niet direct op de oordopjes worden aangepast. Ook is de microfoonkwaliteit voor bellen slechts gemiddeld volgens meerdere gebruikers. Over het algemeen zijn dit veelzijdige oordopjes met enkele kleine nadelen voor wie veel belt of sterke noise cancelling zoekt.

It has an impressive battery life and a great mic. It charges quickly, and each bud has a feature to beep through the app when it's lost. However, if the case is lost, you can't trace it. Considering that these are quite expensive buds, there should be some sort of feature to trace the case when lost. One major drawback is that around PC labs, it disconnects. The connection is disrupted, and every 2-3 minutes, it disconnects due to signal interference. So, if you're purchasing these to work in a computer lab, it's not recommended, But for daily causal use taking calls going out its good.

From the time I got this headphones the case was showing only one bar. I did not charge the case until 3 weeks later when I hear it saying battery low. Now that they’re 3 bars I wonder how long it will last me. I use the ear attachments to get the most out of noise cancelling. The sound is very good and in all I’m happy with the product.
