Very versatile product. Can connect via USB-A and charge, Bluetooh and using it's own proprietary USB dongle which increases the connection range virtually eliminating sources of interference. Very important in crowded office spaces were the BT protocol and frequency band gets saturated. The travel pouch keeps it safe for traveling and storing. A nice companion for both Home Office and Work office calls.

Bought this to replace one I had to hand back to previous employer. This is newer, improved functionality including Bluetooth. Great sound and mic quality, as do a lot of Teams calls and perfect for that and conference calls. East set up.

Easy to set up and useful for a small meeting / group

I was always having trouble with volume, and ease of use - the same for all web connections and good for when 3-5 people picking up all voices well.

Easy to set up. Clear speaker and good all round audio to whoever is at the other end. Picks up voices easily any direction in the room. Bluetooth is good and will switch easily between phones.
