Does not support newer Poly headset adapters (BT700, namely). I have the Poly Voyager Focus 2 (love it), but want to have it simultaneously connected to my PC, Smartphone, and Desk phone. Had to use an old BT600 (significantly less range) due to limitations of MDA220. If there was an updated firmware for MDA220 that supported BT700, I would say this is a five-star product. Unfortunately, it's hamstrung at the moment.

I've been using this thing for the last few months and it has made life so much easier. I use it in conjunction with the Poly Voyager 5200 UC headset and I can sit at my computer and make Teams calls all day long or listen to an online training course, which, if a call comes in via my phone, its a simple tap of the super large surface on the switch and I am talking to the caller. Nothing works as well and as simply as this device does.

Took some understanding and i finally did it. now to see how good it works. If they can work on developing more clarity.. deaf and hard of hearing people can have a good life.
