De HP X1000 Headset Black biedt een sterke geluidskwaliteit met 7.1 surround sound en een comfortabele pasvorm dankzij de dikke oorkussens en hoofdband. Het draadloze ontwerp en de batterijduur van 20 uur maken hem ideaal voor lange gamesessies. Bediening is eenvoudig via knoppen op de oorschelp. Wel is de headset relatief zwaar, waardoor hij minder geschikt is voor langdurig dragen. De microfoon is voldoende voor chatten, maar niet voor professioneel gebruik. Compatibiliteit is beperkt tot Windows 10 en PS4, en opladen kan alleen via micro-USB. Over het algemeen is dit een goede keuze voor gamers die comfort en geluidskwaliteit zoeken, maar minder geschikt voor wie lichtgewicht en universele compatibiliteit belangrijk vindt.

The headset sounds great at first but, soon after the warranty is over the dongle starts working intermittently and problems start with the microphone.

Enjoyed while it lasted but the usb malfunctioned after only about a year. Worse, it cannot be replaced. So, the head set is usless.

It started good, but then, as I am teaching, my students tell me that my microphone cuts out and comes back in. I cannot really use them for teaching because the microphone is not 100% reliable. Therefore, the whole reason to buy these headphones goes out the window. Also, the dongle is a pain in the neck.

Useless microphone with poor sound quality when it works. The headphones are not bad but they are nothing to get excited about. The documentation provided comes in many languages, some of which I can read with a magnifying glass. It wouldn't matter if I couldn't read any of them because the documentation contains no useful information. Put the bad microphone together with mediocre audio and a cumbersome design you get something truly lousy. Just say no.

Awesome sound quality! I Zoom many hours per day! Now I can walk around in the house and get some exercise while in long meetings!! No longer tethered to the computer! Thank you HP!
