Audio-Technica ATH-M70x

I would be cautious in my recommendation due the they seem to break easy at the cup. Used same quick fix but added a paper clip as a splint and secured using electrical tape.

Had these for years and went out of my way to keep them safe… That being said they can't handle even the slightest drop. They sound good but you will break them. Just a matter of when not if.

I have been quiet happy with my pair of ATH-M70x, they fit my head great and I like the sound quality. Great headset if you don't look at the price tag or the quality of the construction. "You won't have to worry about these headphones – they're ruggedly constructed with key metal components to ensure lasting performance." - They don't last and the construction is made of plastic that can break just by turning to hard like other reviews. I'm sad that mine has broke like many others,I would never recommend these headphones to anyone, if you are looking for a new pair, look elsewhere.

This is the second pair I've bought in 18 months. Bought a pair in 2022 and the cable disconnected in the wire. Had to bin them. Thought it was due to my son mistreating them. So bought the upgraded newer model in Sept 2023. The ear piece connected to the head band has snapped. With no way to repair. £220 for 7 months usage just is not worth it. Came to contact for customer support and page cannot be found. Needless to say we have now bought a different brand that will hopefully be value for money unlike these were.

The sound quality is very average eg you'd expect this sound from £50 headphones, the noise isolation is rubbish, the pads are cheap and the headband is the cheapest thing ever. Very disappointed plus the high end is also trash. over hyped headphones And there's better headphones now eg akg
