Absolutely horrible, I honestly could cry at the colour result. Supposed to be an iced chocolate, but my hair has turned out jet black after only 20 minutes developing time. I’ve got long brunette hair, which is in excellent condition, it’s not dry in any way. But this hair colour does not resemble photo on product box, nor product name.

Used this colour for year and years but the new formula is just not the same - as well as the colour itself being different, the new formula dyes my scalp and makes it itch. Bring back the old formula!

The new changes of 200 ebony black is not good, it's new smell is making irritation, and colour also not giving original. Please change it back to old one

I wouldn't use this again This hairdye washed out of my hair within a few wahses. The coverage was rubbish and it didn't go as dark as it is supposed to. Was a waste of money
