Easy set up. I was ready to smoke my first brisket in about an hour, after the initial seasoning process. The brisket came out perfect. 12 1/2 hrs and chow time. Love my smoker.

This was a terrible disappointment. The grill heated nicely but as soon as the food was added, the temperature dropped and wouldn’t rise.
