Hands down the best toner I've ever used. I have dry, sensitive skin. For that price, I haven't found anything that works better for me.

I’ve used this before and it usually has a very mild scent. But the bottle I purchased recently had the distinct odour usually present in alcohol-based toners. It’s been an awkward process trying to get Beauty Bay to acknowledge this. They still haven’t really but finally agreed to allow me to return the bottle (at my own expense, it seems). Basically shoddy product and poor service in relation to it. Also, I have since read some reviews of this brand online which were pretty damning so do your research before purchasing!

I've tried many toners over the years and was skeptical of this because it was so much cheaper than the others. However, my dry, acne prone skin loves it! It's super soothing and tones my skin well. Highly recommended.
