HyperX Cloud III Wired Gaming Headset - Wit (PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S)

I just bought this tonight, the headset is soo comfy, I'm really gutted over this, the jack connection piece is funky, very touchy, 1 minute you have sound but if it moves even the slightest then ooop no sound! And the mic wasn't working for me either

Mic works well, pretty comfortable, cushion material feels durable for now, not sure about long term. Great headset, love the noise suppression.

De HyperX Cloud III Zwart voelt direct vertrouwd aan als je de Cloud II kent. De bouwkwaliteit is opnieuw gewoon goed: stevig aluminium frame, nette afwerking en zitcomfort dat je uren volhoudt zonder irritatie. Op dat vlak doet HyperX nog steeds wat je verwacht. Helaas valt het geluid tegen. Waar de Cloud II nog een mooie balans had met redelijk volle bass en heldere mids, klinkt de Cloud III vlakker en minder levendig. Vooral in games en muziek mis je detail en diepte. Het is niet slecht, maar wel duidelijk minder overtuigend. De surround sound is iets verbeterd ten opzichte van de Cloud II, maar blijft wat mij betreft niet echt nuttig. Software-ondersteuning voor Linux en macOS ontbreekt, en dat is jammer, helemaal nu mensen overstappen van Windows naar deze besturingsystemen. Kortom: voelt als een uitgeklede opvolger waarbij vooral op kosten is geoptimaliseerd in plaats van op verbetering.

Love the hyperx cloud 3, I ended up replacing my cloud 2 Because the material on the top and earmuffs was made out of started to disintegrate. The cloud 3 is definitely still nice but it definitely doesn't have the same amount of noise canceling as the 2 and I think the ear pads are a little thinner

Previously owned Cloud II Wired. Same quality build and comfort. Audio slightly less bassy but doesn’t affect use. Use mostly for gaming, editing videos and listening to music. Great price point compared to others on the market. Would buy again.
