Battlefield: Hardline biedt een snelle en stabiele multiplayer met veel nieuwe spelmodi, zoals Hotwire en Heist, die zorgen voor afwisseling en plezier. De dynamische maps en destructieve omgevingen maken het online spelen aantrekkelijk. Wel zijn de maps kleiner en ligt de focus meer op infanterie dan voertuigen. De singleplayer campagne wordt door veel spelers als zwak en onsamenhangend gezien, met repetitieve stealth-elementen en beperkte diepgang. Ook zijn er minder wapens en voertuigen dan in eerdere Battlefield-titels. Voor wie vooral multiplayer speelt, is Hardline een solide keuze, maar singleplayer fans kunnen beter verder kijken.

The single player disc has a strange discolored/light blotch on the data side. Seems to be working so far but will update if anything goes wrong

The gameplay is quite good and is worth the price of purchase. Why they didn't make this split screen is beyond me? I guess they are trying to force everyone online to buy xbox gold?

The game itself has too much movie not enough gameplay features and no way to skip the movie part to get in with the gameplay.
