LEGO Lord of the Rings voor PS3 biedt een grote open wereld, veel personages en originele stemmen uit de films, wat het aantrekkelijk maakt voor fans. De herspeelbaarheid is hoog dankzij verzamelobjecten en zijmissies. Wel zijn er regelmatig bugs en glitches die het spelplezier kunnen verstoren, en de camera werkt soms tegen, vooral bij co-op. Ook zijn sommige puzzels en uitdagingen wat te eenvoudig. Het opslaan van je voortgang is niet altijd gebruiksvriendelijk. Over het algemeen is het een leuke, humoristische game met veel inhoud, maar houd rekening met technische tekortkomingen.

I can't even play it. Every time I try to play this on my PS3, it won't load. At all. Super disappointed because from what little I saw of the game play it looked like an amazing game.

Big fan of the Lego games and this one is no exception, great overall gameplay combined with great graphics makes this a must own for both LOTR fans and Lego fans alike!

Probably my favorite Lego Game out of all the ones made up to 2019. The game is also what got me to watch the movies and really got me into fantasy RPGs down the road.
