One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 op PS4 biedt een grote cast van personages, veel actie en een verhaallijn die de belangrijkste arcs van de anime samenvat. De gameplay is vloeiend en toegankelijk, met spectaculaire aanvallen en veel vijanden tegelijk. De Dream Log-modus en het vrijspelen van personages zorgen voor veel herspeelbaarheid. Wel kan de gameplay na verloop van tijd repetitief worden en zijn de combo’s minder diepgaand dan in andere Warriors-titels. Grafisch is het spel soms wat eenvoudig, vooral bij veel actie op het scherm. Online coöp is beperkt, wat voor sommigen een gemis kan zijn. Voor fans van One Piece en actievolle musou-games is dit echter een aanrader.

Son played after finishing PPW4. He was originally excited about playing with different characters and admitted the graphics were not as good as PPW4. Then he said there was an issue with the jump feature so he could not get the characters to easily move or jump. May have been a defect in the user game. So he decided to return it.

I really liked the game, I don't play offline games much but its so satisfying beating up enemies as Luffy, currently im in the marine ford arc in the game and the story is mirror to mirror, in real life im in wano, I know it'll be way different because the game was made when wano was still first stage, but it should be exiting
