Madden NFL 20 brengt merkbare verbeteringen in gameplay, vooral door het nieuwe Superstar X-Factor systeem dat sterspelers realistischer laat aanvoelen. De besturing is soepeler, vooral bij het rennen, en de nieuwe carrièremodus biedt meer variatie. Ultimate Team is toegankelijker geworden, maar microtransacties blijven een groot nadeel. Franchise Mode is nauwelijks vernieuwd en de AI vertoont soms vreemde fouten. Het X-Factor systeem wordt niet door iedereen als een grote meerwaarde ervaren. Over het algemeen is het een solide upgrade, maar vooral interessant voor wie waarde hecht aan de nieuwe gameplay-elementen.

Like the interaction on the face of the franchise mode. The gameplay is realistic. Controls are easy enough to maneuver.

It's Madden. What else can you say? Pretty gimmicky at times but I only bought this game for my young one to play Superstar KO. Punting/Kicking Field goals is horrible though.
