Biomutant is een open-wereld RPG met een unieke gevechtssysteem en veel vrijheid in karakteraanpassing. Hoewel het spel een prachtige wereld biedt om te verkennen, wordt het beperkt door technische problemen en een onderontwikkeld verhaal. De gevechten kunnen soms los aanvoelen en de vijanden zijn vaak reskins. Voor fans van open-wereld games kan het nog steeds een leuke ervaring zijn, maar het ontbreekt aan diepgang in verhaal en gevecht.

Great RPG! I bought this game a while back and was amazed by how much freedom you have. Between classes, character customization, and the open world along with the restrictions like the biohazard areas that require certain items. I would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a medium paced choose your own adventure story.

...and you are a terrible raccoon. Seriously though, this is a fun open world action RPG-ish game. The morality system is a little frustrating, relying too much on black and white (literally) choices and the fact that some abilities are locked behind having a certain number of arbitrary good or bad "points" is a drag, but it's not a bad game
