Philips Airfryer Grill Kit HD9941/00

[Employee of philipsglobal] I ordered the grill because I thought it was complete with accessories as pictured. The product came without a handle although a handle is pictured in the display. The site says the handle can be ordered separately but there isn't a handle available on the site. I'm stuck with a product that I can't use.

[Employee of philipsglobal] This is an awesome attachment. I use it all the time.
