Bought this for my friend as this is her most favourite fragrance from Tom Ford - she was super happy!

Highly disappointed, never received my package and when I contacted customer service the item was out of stock and couldn’t enjoy the fragrance.

I ordered this on 25Apr. as a pickup. As of 26Apr. there has been no acknowledgement of my order. No given pickup time. I called the number they have listed, no response. I don't want to drive across town after work for nothing.
