Columbia Live At Donington

i'll disagree with those saying this is the same quality as the dvd. this, to me, is clearly cleaned up from the dvd version of donington. the video quality is much better and the audio is solid. great performance from one of the greatest bands. awesome show that is highly recommended.

I am an AC/DC fan yet dont normally listen to them on a regular basis. This blu-ray I do however! Fantastic audio, decent video make this a solid buy if you enjoy their music in the least.

Why r u people complaining about the picture? Sure its blu-ray but u have to understand that a music dvd whether its good PQ or not, they r all about SOUND. its the movies that should be good in PQ not a concert. This show scored a straight five with me when it came to sound cause it was, needless to say, LOUD!!! i should probly point out that there r actually certain cameras that capture true 1080p defintion. specifically the one in the audience in the center. anyways, in my opinion, blu-ray concentrates on hd sound when it comes to concerts and pq is rather ignored but it was slightly touched up. who cares bout PQ really?

I am an AC/DC superfan, so you probably know what I am going to say. This is perhaps the greatest documented concert available on Blu-Ray. I own both the DVD and Blu-Ray versions. The Blu-Ray version is exceptionally better than the DVD, but it is not perfect. The monster riffs strummed by Angus and Malcolm and Brian Johnson's blaring vocals are more than enough to compensate for the video. The audio is out-of-this-world, and the extras are nice as well; one can listen to the brother Young discuss the show, or watch the Angus, Malcolm, Brian, and Cliff cam in the extras as well. If you like music, particularly blues-based hard rock, you cannot pass this movie up. It's just that good!
