I bought 4 of these to replace stock CoolerMaster case fans. After setting them to a flat lower RPM until the CPU hits a certain temp, the improvement is stark. My PC has gone from a hovercraft that was driving me insane to a very soft whir. Considering I was looking at other brand name fans which were 20-25 quid, these are an incredible bargain if you just want to make your desktop a bit quieter with good thermals
