Bought several tripods that are flimsy and not tall enough. Decided it was time to buy a decent, sturdy, tall one. This seemed to foot the bill ! When it arrived I was gobsmacked, it is everything I could wish for in a tripod, and more. Over foot without the centre column, rock solid sturdy, little bit heavier than my others, but I can live with that. In reality you should only need to buy one tripod, and this is it for me ! Now got rubbish tripods to give away...
