I own three of these flashes and they all work flawlessly, good battery life, wireless is reliable, consistent flash output in strength and colour. I don't really see the need to buy the Canon version for 4x the price except for the brand recognition.

I bought 3 of these and used them at a recent wedding (wirelessly triggering 2 as a slave and 1 as a master). I am OBSESSED. They work flawlessly and are so easy once you understand the buttons. Highly recommend.

Works great with my Canon SL2, but Canon has remove 1 contact on the flash shoe of the new SL3. It does not work on SL3. My Canon flashes work great with my SL3. I do not know if this affects the use of this flash on other Canon cameras, but make sure it well work on you camera before purchasing.

Once you use it a few times, and get how you want it to work its a good light source for your shots.

Flash itself has been okay but after maybe 5 uses in 6 months, the wide-angle diffuser seems to have broken and disappeared into the flash body. Trying to fish it out just let it slip it deeper inside. The manufacturer website says theres a 1 year warranty if purchased from them directly. Otherwise, its unclear if it has any support.
